Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear—but if it’s not the perfect fit, no worries!

 

Eligibility: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, just mail us your order ID with product images and your reason on care@glitchito.com

 

Conditions: Items should be in original condition, with packaging, tags, and accessories. We also accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong-sized products. Used,washed, or altered items are non-returnable.

 

Shipping: We cover return shipping on your first exchange—easy peasy. However, any difference in price of originally ordered item and exchanged item to be covered by the customer.

 

Exchange: The exchange process begins as soon as the original item is received and inspected.

 

Refunds: All refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via store credit. Shipping charges are refundable only when refund is initiated due to receipt of wrong or damaged product.

 

Service area: This policy applies to orders shipped within India only.
